The 4-H Youth Development Program works closely with local schools and community-based organizations, such as Beyond the Bell Youth Services, to provide quality after-school enrichment projects at participating elementary schools.  Innovative curricula and activities on a variety of themes, including science, are used to challenge, entertain and engage youth participants in meaningful experiences that reinforce their academic skills and build competencies in leadership, citizenship and life skills.
