4-H Teen Leadership Development Institute

The Teen Leadership Development Institute (TLDI) was created to help teens stay in school and make a successful transition to college, work and careers. The Institute seeks to promote social advancement in teens through leadership and life skills training, and provide opportunities for career exploration. The Institute began in 2002 with 125 teens. To date, approximately 700 teens have participated in the programs.
