***New - The LA County 4-H Leaders’ Council formed a special committee that revised the LA County 4-H Constitution and Bylaws. The task at hand was an important one, as it governs much of the way we do things in our program. Part of the goal of the committee was to match our Constitution and Bylaws to the new state template and to review and change voting rights for the council and events. Please note the changes to voting procedures. We will be voting to approve these drafts at the May 11, 2013 County Council Meeting. Hope to see you there.
