Happy Healthy Me (4-6 year old)
A curriculum that provides opportunities for young children to explore nutrition and physical activity concepts through hands-on activities and high quality children's books.
Reading Across MyPyramid (kindergarten-3rd grade)
A nutrition literacy program that increases awareness of food and nutrition by utilizing stories with food-related themes and hands-on nutrition activities.
Nutrition to Grow On (4th-6th grade)
An upper elementary school curriculum that blends nutrition with gardening basics. Lessons include food label reading, portion size, vitamin/nutrient sources and plant parts.
Eat Fit (middle/high school)
A curriculum that engages students in a computerized analysis of eating and physical activity behaviors. Students set goals and the curriculum provides skill-building activities to help reach those goals.
Food & Me (preschool/kindergarten)
A nutrition kit designed to help preschool and kindergarten children learn the importance of food for growth and health, the need for a variety of foods, and the nutrition link to gardening.
Kitchen Science (9-11 years old)
A series that embraces many science concepts that relate to food and how food is handled in the body. Children can participate in fun experiments and explore the sensory, physical and chemical properties of food as well as nutrients that the body needs to function.
12 Foods = 6 Meals Kids Love (children/parents)
A nutrition guide that utilizes a limited number of inexpensive ingredients, and introduces basic food preparation and safety skills to produce tasty, healthy meals.
